All payments on this website are securely processed using Square Payment Services. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Your payment details are encrypted and processed directly through Square.
We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival
You received the wrong item
You had a problem with packaging or transit

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thebreathoflife.com.au with your order number and details. We may request a photo of the item and packaging for assessment.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
